I've worn these tights before, mainly for performances to lengthen my line. This pair I bought because I recently also bought new skate boots. You know your boots are going to be scratched and marked up eventually, if you're a pairs skater or an ice dancer with a partner, but you still want to protect them as long as possible. These tights do the trick, and they don't ride up and pop off the boot like some other brands I've tried.
