Better than I even expected ... these work great for pole, protect my knees during kips with no pain, stay secure, and are nearly invisible on camera, which is juts a fun bonus. Shipping was very quick!

These are great. Tho I wish the gel pad in the middle is better connected to everything else. I've had so many of these now, the middle pad always break before everything else. I do put it to heavy use. So I'd still consider this a good product.
