The quality of the shoes seems to be fine. We bought a women's size 4 after being told it was the same as a girl's 2. When my daughter put them on, they were tighter than the 13.5's she had been wearing! Kind of frustrating given that we now have to send them back and re-order. It would be helpful if there was a proper size chart to work off.
